Purpose
This document has been prepared in Polish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version shall prevail, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
This instruction explains how to delete Facebook and Instagram data associated with ContentDeliver. Contact: [email protected].
Disconnect without deleting history
In social-account settings select “Disconnect”. ContentDeliver will attempt to revoke permissions at Meta, delete the local access token and diagnostic data, disable the connection and cancel future publications. The account record and prior publication history may remain visible.
Disconnect and delete data
Select “Disconnect and delete data” to additionally delete the stored Page or account identifier and name, Meta user identifier, integration record, permission scopes and external identifiers and URLs of prior publications. A linked Instagram account is deleted together with Facebook where their relationship requires it.
The operation is irreversible. Source Materials stored by a Manufacturer in ContentDeliver are not deleted solely because the integration is deleted.
Account or company deletion
A User may request account deletion in account settings. An owner may request company deletion in company settings. After email confirmation and a seven-day grace period, the process deletes or anonymises data, including Meta integrations and company files, except data required by law or needed for claims.
Request through Meta
After removing ContentDeliver in Facebook settings, Meta may send a signed request to https://contentdeliver.app/data-deletion/facebook. ContentDeliver verifies the signature, creates a deletion job and returns a confirmation code and status page.
Status is available at https://contentdeliver.app/data-deletion/status/{code} and displays only accepted, in progress, completed, failed or cancelled, without personal data.
If no integration is found, the system still returns a code so as not to reveal whether the person has an account.
Email request
You may send a request to [email protected]. State the ContentDeliver account email and whether you want to delete only the Meta integration, the User account or the entire company. Do not send a password or token.
We may request secure confirmation of identity and authority. Requests are handled without undue delay, generally within 30 days, taking account of the grace period and legal exceptions.
Data that may remain
Accounting data, acceptance evidence, technical evidence of request completion and information needed for claims may remain in limited or anonymised form. File backups may be overwritten within up to 30 days.
